CATALOGNORTH

Your products already sell. Amazon should be next.

CatalogNorth builds and maintains Amazon catalogs for established Canadian e-commerce brands — on both Amazon.ca and Amazon.com. Listing creation, Brand Registry, launch preparation, and the unglamorous work of keeping a catalog correct.

Request a free opportunity audit A short report on your brand's current Amazon presence in Canada and the US — what's listed, who's selling it, and what's missing. No obligation.
Worth checking

Is someone else selling your products on Amazon right now?

Many established brands already have Amazon listings — created not by them, but by third-party resellers. Your photos, their prices, no control over the content, and every return and bad review lands on your brand. If that's your situation, taking those listings back is where we start.

Services

What we do — and what we don't

  • Amazon opportunity audits — your catalog vs. what's actually on Amazon
  • Listing creation: ASINs, variations, categories, attributes, search terms
  • Fixing listings that exist but are wrong, suppressed, or invisible
  • Brand Registry setup
  • FBA / FBM launch preparation and first-shipment planning
  • Live verification of every listing — a feed saying "accepted" is not a listing that exists
  • Ongoing catalog maintenance: monitoring, suppression fixes, corrections
  • Advertising or PPC management
  • Growth strategy, sales reporting, or performance accountability
  • Pricing decisions — we model the economics, you set the price
  • Ongoing reseller enforcement
  • Trademark filing or legal advice

The boundaries are deliberate. We do catalog operations — correctly, and guaranteed. For advertising and legal work we'll refer you to people who do those well, and tell you plainly that a correct listing still needs someone driving traffic to it.

How it works

Start small. Expand on evidence.

Opportunity audit — free

We compare your entire catalog against Amazon's, in both marketplaces: what's listed, who controls it, what's missing, and what the category looks like. You get a short report with every number traceable to a source.

Launch pilot — CAD $2,500

Five products, both marketplaces, end to end: research, listings, Brand Registry, launch prep, review-programme enrollment, live verification, and a written 90-day handover plan. Small enough to be a test, real enough to prove the channel.

Catalog expansion

Once the pilot holds up, the rest of the catalog — priced per SKU, quoted after we've seen the catalog, never from a SKU count alone.

Catalog maintenance — from CAD $550/month

Listings break quietly: suppressions, lost content, attribute drift, new sellers appearing. We watch both marketplaces, fix what breaks, and audit the full catalog quarterly.

About

Who's behind this

I'm Bill Park. I run Amazon marketplace operations for a Canadian e-commerce company — catalog builds, bulk listing uploads through Amazon's API, and finding out why a listing that was "accepted" never actually went live. CatalogNorth is that work, done independently for established brands that want onto Amazon without building an internal team.

No guarantees about rankings or sales volume — Amazon controls the marketplace and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something. What I guarantee is the execution: listings live, correct, verified, and maintained.
