CATALOGNORTH
Amazon.ca + Amazon.com · Catalog & Launch Operations

Your products already sell. Amazon should be next.

CatalogNorth gets established Canadian brands onto Amazon properly — and takes back the listings other sellers created for them. Catalog build, Brand Registry, launch preparation, and the unglamorous work of keeping every listing correct.

  • Both marketplaces from day one — Canada and the US
  • Every listing verified live, not just "accepted"
  • Start with 5 products, not your whole catalog

Is someone else selling your products on Amazon right now?

Many established brands already have Amazon listings — created not by them, but by third-party resellers. If that's your situation, taking those listings back is where we start.

  • Your photos and brand name — their prices and their content
  • Returns and bad reviews land on your brand either way
  • Brand Registry is the durable fix, and it starts with owning your listings

Catalog operations, done properly

Everything between "we should be on Amazon" and a catalog that's live, correct, and stays that way.

Opportunity Audit

Your entire catalog compared against Amazon's — both marketplaces. What's listed, who controls it, what's missing, and what it's worth.

Listing Creation

ASINs, variation families, categories, attributes and search terms — built to Amazon's actual requirements, not around them.

Listing Repair

Listings that exist but are wrong, suppressed, miscategorised, or invisible — diagnosed and fixed at the catalog-data level.

Brand Registry

Enrollment support and setup, so your brand — not a reseller — controls how your products appear on Amazon.

Launch Preparation

FBA or FBM configuration, first-shipment planning, review-programme enrollment, and a written 90-day handover plan.

Catalog Maintenance

Listings break quietly — suppressions, lost content, new sellers. We monitor both marketplaces, fix what breaks, and audit quarterly.

Deliberate boundaries

What we don't do

Most agencies claim everything. We'd rather name our lane and be excellent in it.

  • Advertising or PPC management
  • Growth strategy, sales reporting, or performance accountability
  • Pricing decisions — we model the economics, you set the price
  • Ongoing reseller enforcement
  • Trademark filing or legal advice

Why we say this out loud

A correct listing still needs someone driving traffic to it. We'll tell you that plainly, hand you a written plan for the first 90 days, and refer you to people we trust for advertising and legal work. What we guarantee is the execution of the catalog itself — listings live, correct, verified, and maintained.

How it works

About

Who's behind CatalogNorth

I'm Bill Park. I run Amazon marketplace operations for a Canadian e-commerce company — catalog builds, bulk listing uploads through Amazon's API, and finding out why a listing that was "accepted" never actually went live. CatalogNorth is that work, done independently for established brands that want onto Amazon without building an internal team.

No guarantees about rankings or sales volume — Amazon controls the marketplace, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something. What I guarantee is the execution: listings live, correct, verified, and maintained.

FAQ

Fair questions, straight answers

Do you run Amazon advertising?
No — and we won't pretend otherwise. Ads are a daily discipline with your money on the line, and it's a different business from catalog operations. We'll hand you a written 90-day plan for what the listings need after launch, and refer you to advertising specialists we trust.
Can you guarantee sales or rankings?
No, and neither can anyone else — Amazon controls the marketplace. What we guarantee is execution: listings live and correct in both marketplaces, verified against the real catalog, Brand Registry in place, inventory plan ready.
Who owns the Amazon seller account?
You do — always. You create it, verify the business, and pay Amazon directly. We work through permissions you grant and never hold your password. If we ever part ways, the separation is clean and everything stays yours.
Amazon.ca or Amazon.com?
Both, in the same engagement. It's one unified North America account, the catalog data is the same, and the US marketplace is roughly ten times the size of the Canadian one. Launching one without the other leaves most of the opportunity on the table.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. A five-product pilot across both marketplaces is CAD $2,500. Catalog expansion is priced per SKU after we've seen the catalog — variation families and gated categories are quoted honestly rather than discovered later. Ongoing maintenance starts at CAD $550/month. No long-term contracts.
My products are already on Amazon — listed by someone else. Can you fix that?
That's the most common situation we see, and it's where we start. It usually involves Brand Registry enrollment, catalog contributions or corrections on the existing ASINs, and building out your own listings properly. It takes longer than creating a fresh listing, and we'll tell you the realistic timeline up front.

Start with the audit

Tell us your brand name and website. If your catalog is a fit, you'll get the audit within a few days — and if Amazon doesn't make sense for your products, the audit will say that too.
